[WIP] Multiplayer Space Shooter

I have been working on this project on the side for a while.
Its a multiplayer space shooter game using flixel on the client and electroserver on the server.

The goal will be to control a central point on the map to win against the other players.
If people like it i will add more game modes.

This is using flixel 2.43 on the client, and a heavily edited java port of flixel for the server.(all rendering code and global code stripped out(flxg etc..) since server needs to run multiple games at once.
Right now the collision and movement is done server-side, but that may change depending on how it goes during testing.

Its in an alpha stage right now, you can fly around and shoot other people online, chat works,  but another ship is being added and some bugs need to be solved before i would consider it a beta.

This looks like Continuum. If that was your inspiration, I am soooooo there. Even if not, it looks amazing.

thanks for the response,

yes this was actually inspired by continuum (trench wars more specifically)

We are going to have an alpha version up on facebook in about 2 months to iron out issues and then release a larger beta.

Even if it doesnt do well i will leave it up so i can blast my friends at work haha.
