So i'm trying to make it so that when player moves beyond the edge of one playstate the player is instantly transported to another playstate. Does any one know how i could implement this?

Hahahaha. This is a topic that's getting a great deal of attention recently. There's no utterly trivial solution, but a number of approaches are discussed in these threads:
