flixel power tools flxDelay issue

is FlxDelay not affected by the timestep? because it doesn't seem to be, i ask because im using FlxDelay to count when reloading and my game has slow motion, which uses the timestep to slow it down, but reloading goes at the same pace.

It doesn't, nope. It shouldn't be that hard to implement within it though.
