Recording flash games with...?
« on: Wed, May 16, 2012 »
Hey everyone, I made a lot of stuff in my time (including some projects with flixel) and I want to record them so I can make a video with it.

I already have a good video editing software, I just need to know how to record flash games.
I've got Fraps, but haven't figured out how to make it work for flash...

Anyone know where to start?
Help much appreciated! :D

I thought Fraps only recorded full-screen (DirectX based) stuff? You need something that will record the contents of a window like Camtasia.

Fraps records just fine , I made my trailer with it and my window was 640x480. http://youtu.be/UJGnHEN7-Es

Check it out on Mochi!

Nice, I've not used it in several years - they must have updated it a lot, it was never able to do that :)
